Runner up - Stoops? The loss to W.Va. after their coaching debacle might be worthy of a runner-up. A lot of people (myself included) held OK in high regard before the game. They were destroyed, and frankly looked unprepared. Is it enough for a runner-up? I'll let the committee decide.
